Hello, I'm Serena
I've always believed that flowers have a wonderful way of expressing emotions when words alone aren't enough. Whether they're bringing joy, offering comfort or marking an important milestone, it's a privilege to create something that becomes part of someone's story.
My journey into floristry has been built on passion, dedication and a genuine love for the craft. I spent ten years studying part time at Hadlow College while developing my practical experience, eventually achieving my City & Guilds Level 4 qualification in Professional Floristry. Every step of that journey has helped shape the florist I am today.
Even after 25 years, I still love coming into the shop each day and creating something unique. No two bouquets are ever the same, and that's one of the things I enjoy most about what I do.

For me, floristry has never been about simply arranging flowers. It's about listening to my customers, understanding the occasion and creating something that feels personal.
I love helping people celebrate life's happiest moments, whether it's a birthday, anniversary, wedding or simply letting someone know they're thinking of them. Knowing that something I've created has made someone smile is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.

One area of floristry that has become especially close to my heart is creating bespoke funeral tributes. It is a real privilege to help families honour their loved ones with flowers that feel personal, meaningful and unique to the person they are remembering.
I approach every tribute with compassion and sensitivity, taking the time to understand exactly what each family would like. My aim is to create floral designs that celebrate a life, tell a story and provide comfort during a difficult time.

As well as creating fresh floral designs, I also enjoy making handmade gifts, including dreamcatchers and suncatchers. Creativity has always been at the heart of what I do, and I love offering something a little different alongside my flowers.
